Believed to be a Experimental Prototype Sample Produced to compete with the Spanish Company offering a Finned Barrel C.96 Type Pistol to the Chinese. Originally in the Personal Collection of Sid Stembridge. owner of  the Hollywood California Stembridge Arsenal Movie Gun Company. It was offered as a 'Gift' to  to George Lucas of ‘Star Wars’ Fame after he visited Stembridge to plan and design the guns used in the movie.He Reportedly Refused the ‘Gift’ and it was sold by Stembridge Many Years Ago. It has been in a Private Collection since then. Mauser Collectors have Named it the ‘The Star Wars Conehammer’.
